Coco Beach cannot guarantee all styles, colours and sizes are available. Should you place an order and your selection not available we will contact you within 48 hours for alternative garment options and keeping in mind, we may have some garments on back order. If we cannot supply you with the garment or an alternative, a full refund will be given to you.
 

Please note that all prices shown on our website are for online purchase only and cannot reflect our "in store" prices.

Coco Beach is only too happy to issue GIFT VOUCHERS to you for that special person in your life to purchase our product. Please DO NOT order via ‘check-out’ but simply ‘contact us’ so the voucher can be arranged for you.

Delivery and Shipping costs
Please note that deliveries and shipping cost are for Australia ONLY. For any overseas order or delivery, contact us.

Pending credit card authorization, verification and availability of stock, delivery will take:
Australia 2-7 working days

We deliver via Australian Post EXPRESS POST to home address or Po Box number.
A flat rate of $15.00 applies from 1 to 3 items purchased on-line.
A flat rate of $25.00 applies from 4 to 6 items purchased on-line.
A flat rate of $30.00 applies from 7 to 10 items purchased on-line.
A flat rate of $40.00 applies from 11 to 15 items purchased on-line.
 

All prices are in Australian dollars & include the Australian GST. The prices do not include any relevant overseas duties and other custom charges that you may incur.

Missing parcels
Should your parcel fail to arrive within the time frame, please contact us so we can track the delivery.
 

Returning & Exchanging goods
This policy applies to goods purchased through the Coco Beach on-line store.
You are entitled to a full refund, exchange, repair or credit note if the goods you purchased have a defective manufacturing fault.

We will refund all delivery costs to you. All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.
You are not entitled to a refund should you simply change your mind, you chose the wrong colour/size or was responsible for causing the fault.
Coco Beach strives to ensure our customers are satisfied with their items purchased and should you be dissatisfied, please contact us to discuss your options available to you. We may provide an exchange or issue a credit note (valid for 6 months) for your next purchase. Returning the item will be at your expense along with any additional payment for a new item and the new delivery cost.
 

For any returns & exchanges, the following conditions must be adhered to:
1. The items with the original receipt are returned within 7 days of purchase.
2. Items must be in original condition as purchased, with all labels/tickets attached. Garments must not have been worn.
 

To obtain a refund, exchange or receive a credit note, please return the item including the receipt (that you received with your parcel) and indicate the reason for the return, your name, address, phone and email details so we can contact you.
Do not re-use our courier bag.

Returning via Coco Beach Retail Store
You can exchange or return your on-line order to any of our stores located at `contact us’. The above conditions still apply
 

Lay-bys
Coco Beach also offers any garments shown online on a lay-by basis. Should you find an item you wish to lay-by, simply email us via ‘contact us’ or simply phone your order through with the style number, size and colour so a lay-by can be arranged for you. Do not place an order via the ‘check-out’ button.
 

Lay-by Conditions:
1. A credit card number is required to charge a 20% deposit amount of the total order.
2. Lay-bys are valid for 2 months, you can either pay regular amounts or pay in full by the due date.
3. Lay-bys are treated as a on the spot purchase of the item and will be treated as per the above conditions under Returns/Exchanges.
4. Should you default by the due date, any monies paid will not be refunded but Coco Beach is happy to issue a credit note to you for monies paid and will be valid for 6 months.
